Online interactions provide a large knowledge exchange on variety kinds of information exchanged between users. There are many software systems available that provide online learning systems, this type of software expressed by forms, commercial or open source software. This paper is focused on Moodle, it explained the comparative study that done by many recent researches, it also shows the different between Moodle and other learning management systems, in order to discover their strengths and limitations, discusses different points in these systems. Moodle has been adopted by many universities and organizations the entire world because it offers a large accusable set of tools, and many components was developed without a specific design documentation including its security services. This paper shows the comparative study between Moodle and other e-learning systems; it aimed to discover the best and most suitable choice of e-learning system. We have fined the optimal e-learning platform required to our e-learning university system, and it is Moodle, according to the used by many Universities around the word and from many works that has been done to date that encourages the used and develops this type of LMS.

The study aims at working out the counseling strategy proposed to prevent internet addiction among the youth. In this study, DEMATEL was the avenue for creating a discussion with families, schools, the society and analyzing regulations & policies so as to find out the cause-and-effect relationship among them and work out the most efficient counseling strategy. The study result shows that the family plays the most crucial role in curing the adolescents’ Internet addiction through action.

The Cloud Computing is a promising IT paradigm which enables the Internet evolution into a global market of collaborating services. In order to provide better services for cloud customers, cloud providers need services that are in cooperation with other services. Therefore, Cloud Computing semantic interoperability plays a key role in Cloud Computing services. In this paper, we address interoperability issues in Cloud Computing environments. After a description of Cloud Computing interoperability from different aspects and references, we describe two architectures of cloud service interoperability. Architecturally, we classify existing interoperability challenges and we describe them. Moreover, we use these aspects to discuss and compare several interoperability approaches.

A software risk is considered as an essential characteristic of software development process which if ignored will increase the chance of project failure. For this purpose different risk management approaches are developed. These approaches lead to the identification, assessment and control of risk occurrence in software projects. Collaborative Practice Research (CPR) is one of the action research approaches for managing risk in SPI. In this approach the focus is on gathering information regarding SPI and acknowledging risk management in process development by developing risk assessment strategies and models. The main challenge of this action research approach is to validate the developed risk approach. This paper has a critical review on the existing research approach i.e. CPR. It also provides an enhanced form of CPR which modifies the current CPR approach by including a risk validation activity.

This project is designed to automatically fill the over head tank when it gets empty and monitor the water level in it. The motor is switched ON when the water level in the overhead tank drops below a pre fixed low level (on point) and puts off the motor when water level rises up to pre fixed high level (off point). The motor is also switched off during the following conditions: when the sump water is exhausted before filling overhead tank, pump running dry, mains voltage fluctuations. We also introduce an energy efficient routing protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks (ERPWS) for Conductive Sensor based Water Level Monitoring and Control System using Zigbee (XBEE 802.15.4) in terms of energy consumptions, the packet loss ratio, network lifetime and the average delivery delay. The XBEE used here is XBEE Pro Series 1(XBP24-AWI-001) and IC used is 74HC14 Hex Inverting Schmitt trigger. Simulation results have been obtained by using NS2 simulator. The evaluation results show that the energy consumption of routing using ERPWS is significantly lower than LEACH and traditional routing protocols.

It is a kind of feedback control systems wherein the control loops are closed through real time control network. NCS technology is applied in industry control system because of its simple structure, easy maintenance and high reliability. Networked control systems (NCSs) have been gaining popularity with their high potential in widespread applications and becoming realizable with the rapid developments in computer, communication and control technologies. This paper reviews the development history of the NCS, and point out the field of further researches.

The nodes in these networks have several constraints such as battery power, processing capability and bandwidth. Moreover each node in MANET has to act as a relay node for others for the successful network operations. In an ideal environment in spite of above mentioned limitations, the node performs this community task faithfully but as in real world there exists nodes with selfish attitude also. Therefore, this paper is an effort to evaluate the efficacy of network with nodes having such behavior prevailing in realistic environment. Various researchers have evaluated the network performance in idealistic conditions but none has made an effort to evaluate it in practical condition such as in presence of obstacles. To make the scenario realistic different number, type and shape of obstacles were taken. The work was accomplished by designing a simulator in MATLAB-11.

Apart from these core benefits some challenges are also associated with it such as QoS, security, trust and better resource management. These challenges are caused by the infrastructure services provided by various cloud vendors on need basis. Empirical studies on cloud computing report that existing quality of services solutions are not enough as well as there are still many gaps which need to be filled. Also, there is a dire need to develop appropriate frameworks to improve response time of the clouds. In this paper, we have made an attempt to fill this gap by proposing a framework that focuses on improving the response time factor of the QoS in the cloud environment such as reliability and scalability. We believe that if the response time are communicating effectively and have awareness of the nearest and best possible resource available then the remaining issues pertaining to QoS can be reduced to a greater extent.
